Additional fees:

Once your tours and inclusions total price have been agreed via email, no other fees will be charged. We will issue your deposit invoice within 24 hours. Balance invoices must be paid 3 weeks before your tour date begins.

Refund Policy:

Refunds for tours already paid in full can be issued until 3 weeks before your tour date begins. This applies to balance payments. No refund will be offered for 20% deposit payments. A request for refund via email is required. A refund cannot be issued if there is less than 3 weeks until your tour date begins.

Delivery Times:

After payment of deposit invoice has been received, you will receive a welcome link with more information about your tour, and what to expect, including pick-up/ drop-off instructions and safety procedures.

Credit cards (via stripe payments), local bank transfer

Payment period:

Upon mutual agreement of your tours and inclusions, we will issue your deposit invoice within 24 hours. Payment of the deposit invoice must be made with 3 days from the date of issue. You can pay via bank transfer OR via stripe online payments with your credit card. Balance invoices will be issued 4 weeks before your tour and must be paid no less then 3 weeks before your tour date begins.

All sales prices of our tours listed on this website include consumption tax of 10%

Availability:

Limited spots for each tour are available for each day. We can not guarantee your tour until we have agreed via email and you have paid in full by the agreed date.
